Clubs
Our team of 28 qualified coaches work with an ever growing number of clubs. Tennis and football clubs throughout the Midlands grow their memberships as a result of our coaches' efforts. We value all of our clubs and work hard with their management to help them achieve their goals.
Schools
Working with, for and on behalf of schools is at our core. We believe schools are the beating heart of our community, and we work hard to support and enhance this sector. We highly value all of our relationships with the schools.
Camps
We pride ourselves in offering camps for the local community. Children come along to keep fit, be active, see their friends, make new friends — but most importantly have fun. Our reward is seeing the children's enjoyment, and sending them home with a smile on their face and slightly more tired!
Management
Facility management services: management, hire and operational oversight of community assets, including educational and sports facilities.
Project management & development: delivery of infrastructure projects designed to enhance community access, engagement and participation in sport and leisure.
Operational delivery: full-scale operation and administration of facilities developed or supported through Microsports' project management services, ensuring sustainable and community-focused outcomes.

Paul Bayliss
Microsports Director
Paul has been delivering coaching for over 25 years. His philosophy is that sport should be fun and engage all the family. His favourite tennis moment was playing tennis with Rachel Riley at Wimbledon.
Michael Hampson
Microsports Director
Michael has over 10 years' coaching and playing experience at a national level. He has introduced over 10,000 people to tennis and recently became an LTA tutor. His favourite tennis moment was competing at the junior masters in London.
